We have over 5 acres of camping space available in 2 fields. The park commands superb views of the beautiful Lym Valley and whilst the overall terrain is sloping the vast majority of pitches are on flat or terraced land. Shelter is provided by the hedges bordering the park and by the mature and growing trees dotted throughout the site. The site is located away from major roads and so retains it’s peaceful, rural atmosphere. Many of our regular campers enjoy nothing more than to sit out, read the paper and savour the peace and quiet.

The park has a small natural area with logs for children to meet up.

Dogs are welcome as long as they are on a short lead whilst on the park and under control at all times (we are sorry, but we do not accept dogs which are listed on the Dangerous Dog Act 1991)

Over half of our pitches have electric hook-up points. There are numerous drinking water standpipes dotted around the park and we also have a filling point with hose-reel attachment for motorhomes and tourers. We also have chemical disposal and grey waste disposal points available.

Camping fields Toilet and washroom facilities are provided by 2 modern, purpose built blocks (and they include laundry and drying facilities in one of the blocks). Hairdryers are available in both Men’s and Ladies sections and operate on a 20p coin meter. To avoid excessive queuing, and with conservation of water in mind, our showers also operate on a 20p coin meter – which provides four and a half minutes (we believe that to be a good length of time for a shower). We have plenty of 20p pieces so no need to stock up before you arrive. Please note: whilst we do have disabled washroom facilities we believe our park is not appropriate for disabled campers due to its sloping terrain, sloping access points and shale paths.

We also have WiFi available throughout the park and this is available on a pay-per-use basis.

Our on-site shop is stocked with general camping essentials, basic food and BBQ requirements, sweets and drinks and there is a local information section to provide you with details on events and attractions. In the High Season we also have fresh bakeries available.

Should our shop be closed for any reason there is a Village Store/Newsagent only 400 yards away which is open 7 days a week and is very well stocked. For additional convenience we provide 24 hr access to freezers located in the washroom facilities and these are free of charge. Please note that these are to re-freeze your ice packs only as food and drink does pose a health risk.

This area is only really suitable for under 10s. Please note that due to the sloping nature of our site we do not allow any bicycle riding on site.
