February 2021 Hook Farm Covid-19 Update and Booking Terms

The park will be open from 12th April. Following government advice the planned opening date of our shower blocks is May 17th.  For arrivals before this date guests would need to use their own facilities.

A non refundable deposit is required for all bookings.  In the event of lock down/travel restrictions due to Covid, the deposit can be credited towards a future stay (valid for 12 months).

If the park is open and you are unable to travel within 1 month  of arrival you would need to claim off your travel insurance. We are unable to give refunds within 1 month of arrival.

We are only accepting bookings from ONE household on the park (no paired bookings). We are not accepting separate bookings from guests who know each other for the same dates.

We appreciate your co operation in keeping the park as safe as we can for our guests.

Thank you

30th May 2020 Hook Farm Covid-19 Update

We are pleased to say that we are now taking bookings arriving from the 4th July.

There is a non-refundable deposit to make a booking. If we are unable to open due to advice from the government we will happily change your booking to another date within 12 months of your arrival date.

23rd March 2020 Hook Farm and Covid-19

Considering the UK Government’s advice, we have had to make the hard decision to temporarily close Hook Farm Campsite.

We will continue to monitor the Government’s advice and the park will remain closed until they advise that it is safe for people to travel again.

Over the winter we have made improvements which we were excited for our guests to use including a new play area and revamped campervan pitches.

As a small family owned site, we are asking if you would please amend your booking to a future date or hold your money in credit with us instead of requesting a refund. This would really help us as a small family business.

We are more than happy to defer your booking to dates of your choice within the next 12 months and we will be contacting our guests who are due to arrive in March and April in the next few days to rearrange their bookings. We will contact you by phone and follow up by email, however we are only a small team so we will contact you as soon as we can.

If you are booked to arrive from May onwards, we will keep your booking as it is and review this on a monthly basis.

If you have any general questions, then please contact us by email on

We wish every all the best in these difficult and unprecedented times and we look forward to welcoming you to Hook Farm in the future.

Thank You
