As park owners we have made the difficult decision to close our toilet and shower facilities from Monday the 28th of September. This is not a decision we have made lightly but with the growing number of Covid-19 cases we are doing this to protect our guests, staff and us as a family.
We will be contacting all guests with an existing booking with us over the coming days.

Due to the evolving Covid-19 situation as a park we have made the decision to not take any more paired bookings from Thursday the 10th of September onwards, this also includes bookings for 2021. If you have an existing booking of 6 people or more our office will be contacting you over the coming weeks. If you do make a new paired booking then this will be automatically cancelled by our office.

We are pleased to confirm that we are opening on the 4th of July. Our shower and toilet facilities as well as our onsite shop. Prior to arrival please read the following Covid-19 information.
We are pleased to say that we are now taking bookings arriving from the 4th July.
There is a non-refundable deposit to make a booking. If we are unable to open due to advice from the government we will happily change your booking to another date within 12 months of your arrival date.
Considering the UK Government’s advice, we have had to make the hard decision to temporarily close Hook Farm Campsite.
We will continue to monitor the Government’s advice and the park will remain closed until they advise that it is safe for people to travel again.
Over the winter we have made improvements which we were excited for our guests to use including a new play area and revamped campervan pitches.
As a small family owned site, we are asking if you would please amend your booking to a future date or hold your money in credit with us instead of requesting a refund. This would really help us as a small family business.
We are more than happy to defer your booking to dates of your choice within the next 12 months and we will be contacting our guests who are due to arrive in March and April in the next few days to rearrange their bookings. We will contact you by phone and follow up by email, however we are only a small team so we will contact you as soon as we can.
If you are booked to arrive from May onwards, we will keep your booking as it is and review this on a monthly basis.
